Open Public Hearing
ITEM 3: ZC2008-02 Commission to hear and consider both staff report and public comment on Zoning Change Application 2008-02—Mark Duncum’s request, on behalf of Will Gage, to amend the site plan for ZC2005-01 (Deer Park Planned Development) and Ordinance 2005-03-03. The Planned Development is an approximately 47 acre site out of the David Moses Survey, A-537 and the John C. Bullock Survey, A-79 and located on the west side of Deer Park Road and wrapping around Rann Elementary School, Decatur, Texas. This item was continued from the April 1, 2008 P&Z Meeting. Applicant has requested that this item be continued to the June 3, 2008 P&Z Meeting.
ITEM 4: ZC2008-06 Commission to hear and consider both staff report and public comment on Zone Change Application ZC2008-06— Bowery Partners L.L.C.’s request to change zoning from an Office (CO) zoning district to a Decatur Square (C-1A) zoning district on approximately .18 acres of land legally described as part of Lots 3 and 4, Block A, Original Town of Decatur, and generally located on the southeast corner of Market and Main Streets and more commonly referred to as 110-114 E. Main Street, Decatur, Texas.
