An important part of the Decatur Police Department's service to our community involves a continuous effort to improve traffic safety and facilitate the safe movement of traffic throughout the city. These are the principle goals of the Traffic Unit.
Traffic Enforcement Request
While the Traffic Unit typically concentrates on high crash locations, we also depend upon our citizens to provide information on traffic related problems. If you have a traffic complaint, please contact us by filling out the Traffic Enforcement Request form.
